Q. IS EXTERIOR LIGHTING IMPORTANT IN SELLING A HOME

A. Curb appeal is important in both morning and evening hours. The first 8 seconds that a buyer spends at a home is critical. Many buyers drive by a home during different times of day.

Don't neglect the evening drive by. In addition to cleaning the yard and adding some color, make certain to have lighting by the front door, pathway to the front door, and perhaps lighting over the garage. Put the lights on a timer so they automatically turn on in the evening, or purchase solar lights for paths.
